1. Core Policy

No refund will be issued once the project or monthly work has been executed. Execution includes strategy preparation, content production, editing, design, scheduling, or any delivery activity initiated by the team.

2. Before Execution

If payment is made but no project execution has started, cancellation requests may be reviewed case by case. Any processing or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

3. Partial Work

If part of the work has already been executed, charges for completed or in-progress portions remain payable and non-refundable.

4. Add-Ons and Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs, ad spend, platform fees, influencer payments, and external production expenses are non-refundable once committed.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating unjustified chargebacks after service execution may result in legal recovery of dues and immediate suspension of all services.
