1. Service Model

ContentKade provides subscription-based social media content services for businesses in Sri Lanka. Services include agreed deliverables under the selected package and approved add-ons only.

2. Scope and Deliverables

Deliverables are limited to the package selected by the client.
Any extra work outside package scope is billed separately.
One revision round per asset is included unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Billing and Payment

All pricing is in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Services begin after payment confirmation.
Late payments may pause delivery timelines until payment is cleared.

4. Approvals and Client Inputs

Clients are responsible for providing brand assets, photos/videos, offers, and approvals on time. Delayed inputs or approvals may affect publishing timelines and monthly output windows.

5. Turnaround

Average turnaround is 48 to 72 hours for most assets once complete input is received. Complex deliverables may require more time and will be communicated in advance.

6. Performance Disclaimer

ContentKade does not guarantee sales, leads, follower growth, or ad performance. Marketing results depend on multiple factors including market demand, offer quality, timing, and client-side operations.

7. Intellectual Property

Final approved creative assets become usable by the client for their business channels after payment. ContentKade may showcase non-confidential work samples unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may stop future monthly service with written notice before the next billing cycle. Work already executed in the active cycle remains billable under the selected package terms.
